Rootlab concepted, designed, fabricated, and installed a large-scale seasonal Gingerbread Village for for Weingarten Art Group for City Place in Spring, Texas.

The immersive installation featured a walk-through Gingerbread House with an interior diorama showcasing miniature replicas of the full village, six 10’-tall Gingerbread Folk, four 6’-tall Gingerbread Folk, eight 10’-tall Gingerbread Trees, oversized candy canes, and a 25’-tall operable Gingerbread Windmill.

All elements were fabricated from marine-grade materials with hardcoat finishes and outdoor-rated paint systems, ensuring durability in Texas weather conditions. The entire village was engineered for efficient annual installation and removal, allowing it to return year after year.
