Rootlab contributed key elements to the ground-up renovation of the lobby of the historic Hollywood Theatre in Los Angeles, CA.

The lobby formed the entrance to two immersive experiences: Outbreak: Dread the Undead and Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors. Through robust collaboration with Kuvera Partners, Weber Creative, and Christensen Lighting, we implemented Kuvera and Weber’s vision through the technical design, fabrication, and installation of all themed elements in the main lobby, including the main POS desk, a robot-sculpted “miracle pod,” laser-engraved kugel ball cabinetry, over 150 feet of themed walls, and 70 feet of custom 3D-printed light tubes.

Upstairs in Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors, we designed, fabricated, and installed a six-sided infinity mirror “pergola” structure and a light tunnel featuring motion-activated lighting and audio. @webergroupinc @clighting
