The Deal Company approached us with concept drawings of two monumental signs they needed fabricated for two multi-use commercial redevelopments in Houston's 1st Ward. We developed fabrication documents from their concept drawings and, after approval, we fabricated, permitted and installed these two signs.

The Silos sign was fabricated with galvanized steel and plexiglass to achieve the edge lit look and attached to an existing cantilevered canopy. We also fabricated and installed aluminum hanging signs underneath the breezeway.
