Rootlab was selected by artist Shane Darwent to provide technical design, engineering, fabrication and installation for a private commission titled, Slotted Jewel.

The 10' tall sculpture is an intricate combination of materials and surfaces-- steel, aluminum, cast glass reinforced gypsum, mirrored stainless steel, concrete.
